Rob Collins was extremely helpful from the get go when we arrived at the dealership for an appt. Very cordial and friendly. He focused right in on some used vehicles we had reviewed online and we were able to test drive immediately. He was very informed with the various car packages. We also test drove a new vehicle also which was also a good and informative experience. This is the 3rd BMW I bought from Casey BMW. The last two from Wayne Heath. He is very much a professional, and goes to bat for you. He is honest, sincere, and knows what he is talking about. Most importantly, he is respectful of the buyer, and works with you without any pressure. He treats people like they want to be treated. Forrest Bailey was our salesman. He did a terrific job, and explained all the features of the 2 different cars we were considering. I highly recommend Mr. Bailey! He was extremely patient! He was a good, but fair negotiator as well.

Forrest Bailey came out and met us in the RAIN. Torrential RAIN.....he was the only one who did this after we visited several dealerships that day, he came right up to us, was friendly and helpful. When we were very specific about a type of car, he located it, and after some talk we SIGNED on the dotted LINE!!! HE WAS AWESOME in human form, a little soggy but very friendly!!!

We had a great experience with Rob. We were very direct with Rob and he was honest an consultative in his approach. He was able to help us find a hard BMW 135is. He worked hard to get the allocation and make this purchase very easy. I would buy again from Rob in a heartbeat. Lenny BTW we tried other dealers close to us and had trouble getting calls back and the willingness to go the extra step to find what we were looking for was non existent.

The entire experience of buying my Z4 was exceptional. Didn't have to worry about negotiating and the whole buying process went very smoothly. Duncan was great at keeping me updated about when my car would be coming and had most of the paperwork ready so it did not take long to pick up the car.
