We pulled into the dealership to "just look" and were approached right away even though it was raining. Forrest was a pleasure to work with, if he did not know the answer he went out of his way to find it. No hard sell, we left after looking, and came back and purchased the next day. I never buy day one and if preasured will always walk away. Forrest did a great job, and needless to say my wife loves the car.

Duncan took time to teach me how to "use" all the features/options of my new vehicle. Duncan was enthusiastic about the BMW product and experience. Everyone that I met during the car buying process was polite, professional, and willing to take the time that I needed at my pace.

As i was making my decision on whether to purchase my 650i, the staff and Mr. Lambert in particular was extremely helpful. Everything about the dealership, Mr. Lambert's presentation and the overall BMW experience in general was urging me to purchase. The purchase price did not grab me as a great deal, but was in line with comparable fair market value.

I appreciated the immediate response to my inquiry made at the BMW web site by Ryan Thomas. He set me up with an appointment to come in and look at the 5 series. He was polite, patient, and knowledgable, answered all my questions, took alot of time familarizing both me and my husband with the car. He did a great job getting me the exact vehicle I wanted. Casey employees are a well-oiled machine! The Team Leader, Duncan Sullivan, did an outstanding job in listening to what I was looking for and finding the right car for me.
