Definitely!!! Duncan spent several hours with us demonstrating all of the different sub models of the X5 with us and also letting us test drive each one. We were comparing the X5 to a few other luxury SUVs, and even though we ended up going with a competitor's vehicle, Duncan still congratulated us and was willing to help with anything else we needed. If I ever have future BMW needs, Duncan Sullivan and Casey BMW will be my first choice of dealership's for that brand here in Hampton Roads.

Outstanding customer service and knowledge of vehicles. Made sure I understood all features of the vehicle and even offered to deliver the car to my home since I live so far away. Would definitely deal with this dealership again.
