A funny thing happened to me while waiting for my car to get serviced. As usual, my wife, Paulette and I always grab a cup of coffee and visit Wayne Heath if he is not busy with a client. We met Wayne and then I started asking questions about the convertible Z4 which led us to checking them out as well as other convertibles. Rob was fantastic. He called me about a few different used BMW's before I came in but they kept selling. He was very persistent but not pushy. Rob is extremely professional and knowledgeable about BMW's. I had concerns about the mileage but Rob put our minds at ease. Rob is an great asset for Casey BMW. I am now planning to return to Casey BMW soon to find a car for my wife. Thanks again for the great service and experience. We love our 530i!!!

I just purchased a 2013 BMW 328i from Casey. Forrest Bailey was very knowledgable and extremely helpful in finding what I wanted. He took lots of time explaining everything. This is my second Casey BMW. This is my second BMW and I have only gone to Casey BMW for sales or service needs because they are totally awesome in their customer service, they are very honest and considerate of your time and needs. Staff was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Was able to get a great deal on a 2008 BMW 128i convertible that was in great shape. The manager pulled up the complete service history on the car for my peace of mind.

Joseph Hargraves is a fantastic sales agent with Casey BMW. I can't emphasize the knowledge, character, overall great sales aptitude he has with his associates! He has a great rapport with his clients and I would highly recommend Joe as the best sales associate at Casey BMW.
