I called the dealership earlier in the day to talk with a saleman regarding a new BMW we were interested in. I spoke with Lloyd Lambert and gave him information regarding the packages and model we were interested in. I told Lloyd we would be in later in the afternoon so he got right to work searching for lthe vehicle we wanted. Ryan made the sale because he listen to my needs, There was no pressure to buy, he just demonstrated what Casey BMW had to offer. He let me the customer make the decision.

Excellent service from Joe Hargraves. Extremely professional and courteous. He found us exactly what we wanted in our 5 series. Same for Lloyd Howell; he made the experience painless and we spent more time enjoying our car and less time at the dealership.

I recently contacted the sales dept at Casey BMW in hopes they could help me find the perfect car to buy my mom for her birthday. Perhaps not such a difficult request but for the fact that I live in Chicago and my mom lives in Newport News. Good experience, easy to deal with and the sale went smoothly. I was shown all the features of the vehicle and Ryan followed up a few days later to see how things were going. I also was given a tour of the dealership.

My husband and I are first time purchasers of a BMW. Both Forrest and Wayne spent time with us answering our numerous questions and concerns. In fact we had not planned on purchasing a car that day but ended up with a beautiful red M3. They both rate a 5 for excellent customer service from us!
