Excellent experience with Forest and the Casey BMW team. Forest was very attentive to our needs and helped place us in a truck that we love. We will definitely be Casey BMW customers in the future.

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Casey BMW, through Wayne Heath. My experience has always been excellent and price and delivery have been top drawer. Their service department is outstanding and goes out of its way to please. Highly recommend.

everything went well, but when we started to go over numbers, i was told the miltary discount was $1500 and it was $500. That was the only disagreement.

We recently purchased our third BMW and have been very pleased with both Duncan and Casey BMW. Duncan was great about keeping in touch with us while not pressuring a decision and the delivery experience was much better than either of our two previous purchases.

I have not purchased a new car in over 10 years. My experience with Casey BMW was simply fantastic. Mr. Joe Hargraves was professional , kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He listen to what I had to say, did not pressure me and really made the entire experience of purchasing my new car so enjoyable. Duncan is a awesome sales rep! I walked in not sure of what I wanted in he worked with me with no pressure at all for around 2-3 weeks until he got me a vehicle I was happy with! I highly recommend this dealer and above all I recommend d Mr. Sullivan.

Though Forrest Bailey is a relatively new sales representative (1 month) our overall experiece with Forrest was very pleasent. If we asked a question that Forrest did not know, he quickly got an answer for us from another individual. Forrest has a very pleasing personality. I would definitely recommend Forrest to my friends.

This week I purchased my first BMW and I am very glad I was advised by Wayne from Casey BMW, Newport News. The guidance throughout the whole sales process couldn't have been better and I returned home as a fully satisfied customer. Oh, I was even so happy that everything worked out that good that after the sale I mistook Wayne's car for my new car and was about to enter. He noticed the error and pointed me to the right car. Both of us were laughing. Excellent, 5 Stars!
