It was a pleasure working with Demetra and Lloyd. The teamwork that they presented in order to achieve EVERYTHING we were looking for, not to mention, saving us a trip to Maryland, was very much appreciated. In most cases, you usually expect salesmen and saleswomen not to be able to produce and provide what they say doing the wooing process of the transaction, but this was completely different. Pricing, service, professionalism and delivery were all acheived at top level. Great team to work with.

My sales person was Demetra Marcotte. She was surprisingly attentive and anxious to serve me. There was no haggling involved in this purchase. I went in with a good idea of what I was willing to pay for my X1 and she made it happen. The car was a factory order and and arrived in a timely manner. Throughout the build process she kept me well-informed and all of my questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. Duncan was very helpful in finding me the exact car that I wanted. Kept in touch with me during the whole process to ensure that I knew what was going on. Found the car that I wanted at a different location and got it to the dealership. Easy process with no pain at all. Car buying made easy. Lloyd was very accommodating to my requests to view your certified pre-owned inventory. We had a enlightening conversation while inspecting the 3 series Beemers. He explained in thoughtful detail the differences in the models and what attributes increase the value and cost of the that particular car. My hats off to Lloyd. He did a great job for an initial impression.

Duncan Sullivan did a fantastic job showing me the car. He's very friendly and was extremely thorough with every part of the process. I felt very comfortable with every feature of the car when I left and have enjoyed the vehicle since. The entire dealership was pleasant to work with, but kudos to Duncan for his excellent customer service and knowledge.
