I HAD DAMAGED THE OUTSIDE SIDE MIRROR ON MY 325 2004 CONVERTIBLE , I DROVE THERE ON A SUNDAY TO "JUST" LOOK AT WHAT THEY MIGHT HAVE AS A TRADE=IN INSTEAD OF HAVING IT FIXED. i EXPLAINED i WANTED TO LOOK AT ANOTHER CONVERTIBLE LESS THAN 25,000 MILES. My wife and I went into Casey BMW in hopes of getting a new car for her. We were immediately greeted by Duncan Sullivan and it was really a delight to work with him and everyone else on the staff. I went into the dealership looking to purchase a certified used BMW, specifically either a 2010 or 2011 3-series model. This is my second purchase with Casey BMW. My salesperson was Joe Hargraves. I found Joe to be very personable, knowledgeable, professional, an excellent dresser (threw that in for free), hard working and dedicated to making sure his customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their purchase. I found the prices of used cars very competitive at this dealership and also the sales person, Ryan , is very knowledgable person. He suggested couple of alternatives to get the car on loan as I dont have SSN or a job but still wanted to buy the car on loan. The sale is pretty straight forward although I wish the dealership should have provided some accessories as complimentary during the purchase. Mr. Lloyd is definitely a man of integrity. He possesses the characteristics of a great salesman/manager. Although he was the manager, he made it personal. He actually introduced himself and welcomed me regardless of all of my uncertainties about purchasing a car. He was engaging, likeable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and truthful.
