I brought my wife's vehicle in here for service (oil change) and I must admit that initially it did go well. After getting the vehicle back we went straight home and parked the car. Well the next day I went out to warm the car up for my wife to leave for work and to my surprise the car was (tapping) loudly something it wasn't doing before I took it in. Client brought the vehicle back in at 3pm on 10/26 for us to assess. We have determoned the problem and will repair it at no charge to the client.

I just purchased my first BMW from Casey BMW and had a great experience. Demetra took great care of me. The atmosphere at Casey BMW is very friendly, inviting and comfortable. We had a great buying experience with all of the staff at Casey BMW! Very please with my experience so far. Dan Williams and Jimmy the sales manager bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. I just took delivery of my new X5 i50 and was able to sign and drive off the lot within 1 hour of arrival to pick up my new SAV. An all time record! These guys are great!

I live in Fredericksburg and was looking for a 2008 Lexus LS 460 L. I found one at Casey BMW and started a phone conversation with Demetra, went back and forth for a couple of days. She was exceptionally pleasant and friendly and wanted to accommodate me if she could. Of course, since she was a sales person I was expecting that.
