My over all visit was great. Both sails reps where helpful and very friendly. All my questions were answered and quickly. The over all sails process could be a little quicker. I do look forward to working with Casey BMW.
After talking over to Mr. Buckhannon over the telephone, I knew I wanted to do business with this dealership. I was highly pleased with the service I received. As a first time BMW buyer, I needed a bit of guidance. I had the basic idea of what I wanted out of the car and Sammie Buckhanon definitely helped me find the right fit for me. I am very pleased with my 335i, and foresee being a part of the BMW family for some time to come.
