I can not say enough about Mr. Joseph Hargraves!! I walked into Casey BMW on Tuesday to purchase a new vehicle. I have owned three different BMWs in my life (now four) and Mr. Hargraves is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. The exceptional experience I encountered during the purchase of my BMW will be one to treasurer. The availability and time management of Duncan and Dan throughout the sales process demonstrated true professionalism. Selling cars of this level to sophisticated customers requires a consultative approach rather than a sales approach. Generally people that come to a BMW dealership are either already sold on the brand and looking to upgrade or replace of have a similar value competitors car and looking to compare. Casey BMW does a good job with this approach. Important to me is there awesome follow up to my calls and emails.

Joe Hargraves helped me find the right car and he was super friendly and answered all of my questions. He even bought me a coffee during the test drive. I got a deal that could;t be beat and I also left with the car in the same day. I will definitely be coming back when I will plan to look for something more pricey one day. Dan was also very friendly and specific to ensure all of my questions were answered and he even had a sense of humor. 2 thumbs up!

We had a very good experience at Casey BMW. Drew was very knowledgeable about the X3 and took time to answer all the uestions we had (and we can ask some questions!).
