I first met Mike 3 years ago when I purchased my first BMW. Duncan, did an outstanding job helping me pick out my very first BMW. In the beginning I couldn't choose and was very indecisive, but Duncan was patient, kind and helpful through out the entire process. Duncan was very knowledgeable, which helped me decide as well as help me get all the options I wanted in my vehicle. The whole process went so smoothly, from the paperwork to the front door delivery. Duncan Sullivan and Ray Calupitan made me change my opinion of Casey dealerships from bad to good. I had a poor experiences at other Casey locations in years past, but Casey BMW shares little more than a name in common and is a friendly & upscale dealership. Just purchased a used Highlander from Mike Russell at Casey BMW. I went back 3 times before actually making an offer. Each time Mike was accommodating and friendly. He never pressured me to purchase the car and when I was ready to buy, he worked with me to get to a fair price. Great experience!

Duncan was great. Only took 40 minutes to pick up my 2015 X3 that I ordered! I previously owned 2 BMW's that I bought at Checkered Flag in Va. Beach. As long as Duncan is at Casey's I'm sure my next BMW will be purchased at Casey's.
Duncan made buying my dream car very very smooth. All the purchasing transactions between my husband and Duncan were literally accomplished via email, text and phone calls, Ducan made the the process very streamline and again very very smooth.
