We came this dealership for searching our new car. Joe was helping us to find right car for us and he was very nice and professional. After all, we also got a new car with great price. I would recommand this dealership for future BWM owners.

Hard to put my experience in words but here goes. Duncan and the rest of the sales team were professional, courteous and there to assist the client. I left Casey BMW in my X6 with a great deal, excellent customer service, and feeling like both myself and the dealership won and we all know that's not an easy thing!!! If you are looking for a new car and don't own a BMW or ready to upgrade, Casey BMW is where you want to go!

Hard to write a great review without repeating all the wonderful things that have already been said in the past. Duncan was kind, personable and efficient. Most importantly, he was honest. I never felt like he was pushy or condescending. I could tell he loved BMW (and I'd never owned or driven one before). His passion for BMW was infectious. I will definitely recommend my friends to Casey BMW because of Duncan's service. I am a happy owner of a BMW and truly say that Duncan is a primary reason why!

Duncan was professional and very patient, which was greatly appreciated. I came in with no idea of whether I wanted to buy or lease or even what type of vehicle would work out the best for me. I had been looking for a CPO X5 for almost 3 years. My biggest challenge was I wanted a very specific X5. I started working with Duncan in May and he really spent a lot of time walking me through all of the variances in the X5.
