First off all the overall experience was exceptional, my sales Dan Williams along with his used car Manager Ray Calupitan these guys were just great. They made me and my wife fill right at home no high pressure moves just great customer service. My wife and I went to Casey BMW because they had a Chevy Tahoe that we were interested in. After a brief but pleasant conversation with Duncan and Ray we were off for a test drive. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle. I had been looking for either a full size SUV or Pickup truck for almost two years. During that time I spoke with a lot of car dealers. We worked primarily with Ducan via email and phone and came to an agreed upon price. When we got to the dealership to test drive our X3 the price was exactly what we had verbally agreed upon. When we came back to Casey BMW to close the deal, Duncan had our X3 cleaned up and waiting for us on the showroom floor. It was the best car buying experience we've had.

I traded my 2004 745Li BMW for a 2011 BMW convertible. I am very happy with their friendliness, knowledge and professionalism and will be sure to use them again when I trade in for a newer model. Excellent car buying experience. The staff was helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable. Dan made my car buying experience excellent. I was also impressed with how quickly the car was detailed while I was there.
