First off all the overall experience was exceptional, my sales Dan Williams along with his used car Manager Ray Calupitan these guys were just great. My wife and I went to Casey BMW because they had a Chevy Tahoe that we were interested in. After a brief but pleasant conversation with Duncan and Ray we were off for a test drive. We worked primarily with Ducan via email and phone and came to an agreed upon price. When we got to the dealership to test drive our X3 the price was exactly what we had verbally agreed upon. When we came back to Casey BMW to close the deal, Duncan had our X3 cleaned up and waiting for us on the showroom floor. It was the best car buying experience we've had.

Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience in purchasing our Z4. Duncan was professional and went above and beyond when he stayed past closing time to go over the features of the car for us. Highly recommend anyone looking for a BMW to visit this dealership (and ask for Duncan)!
Excellent car buying experience. The staff was helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable. Dan made my car buying experience excellent. I was also impressed with how quickly the car was detailed while I was there.
