I work for a combat unit on Fort Eustis and had turned my BMW in for service awhile back (months). Due to hardships and deployments i was not able to get my vehicle immediately. Due to the patience and understanding of Mr. Mike Bullis and Mr. Culp, i was finally able to make the final payment and get my car back. Duncan was helpful and made my experience hassle-free. I saw the vehicle online, emailed him that I was interested. He contacted me back quickly and had the vehicle ready when I came in to look at it and take a test drive. I appreciated that this transaction was handled with minimal "pressure" and the approach really was to let the vehicle sell itself to me rather than the dealer trying to sell me on it... I look forward to future transactions with them...

Rob Collins is EXCELLENT. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMW, and its features and benefits by model. Rob is not a pressure salesperson, but works hard to ensure his customers are well informed. If it were not for Mike Russell, we would now be driving something other than a BMW X3 28i. His knowledge of the BMW product was simply amazing and his enthusiasm for the product was contagious.
