My wife and I were searching to replace our X3 that we bought from Casey BMW 8 years prior. We received a call from Ray to bring our X3 to have it accessed so when Ray came back and gave us the accessment and we were surprised, so I ask Ray that we needed to see if another X3 with a 6 cylinder engine could be found. Rob Collins was very professional, no high pressure, friendly very helpful in finding the special vehicle with the color and options I wanted. Of all the BMW dealerships I visited, they were the most professional. They genuinely went the extra yard for my business. Both Rob and the sales manager were fair and reasonable with negotions. Duncan Sullivan was an outgoing and friendly dealer. He was not overly aggressive like most car salesmen that I have worked with in the past. He provided a relaxing environment that my wife and I found inviting. I don't know why people are willing to work with salesmen that pressure them. I recommend working with Duncan and I would be thrilled to work with him again.
