Bmw service Cory and Scott were very helpful and worked with me to determine the problem with my car quickly. They also made it very easy to drop off and pick up my car.

Great overall experience Eugene was great from the start. I came in knowing what I wanted and didn't want a lot of back and forth or spend all day at the dealership. Eugene was not pushy at all and we were quickly able to come to terms with the numbers and within a couple of hours I drove away in my new car. Probably one of the best and quickest experiences I've had buying a car.
Service was great. Bill Wright has been my go to service person. Bill treats me with dignity and respect. He is always helpfull and listening to my concerns.
BMW Elmhurst I enjoyed buying this vehicle online. What pleased me the most was to fast turn around on my purchase. Paper work was pre-set. Financing was ready to go. I just had to test drive and say "yes". In and out in about an hour and 1/2!

Bill Wright Bill Wright did only what was neccessary for the car. He was customer servcie driven as usual. Motorwerks is much closer to my new home, but the were charging me exactly twice as much as Elmhurst BMW. Also, the people who scheduled the appt at motorwerks have no idea on hoq much everything or anything costs. Bill had all the information needed.
Great Service The personal attention to me and my car is important to me. My Service Consultant greeted me as soon as I drove in. He prepared the paperwork needed, explaining what would be done and how long it should take. The work was completed on my car and it was returned to me cleaned inside and out.
Great and friendly service The service manager Bill Wright came across as very professional and friendly. He kept all his promises and followed up to make sure that everything is ok. Never had a better service manager and I have seen a lot of different managers at BMW dealers.
