My First Experience at Elmhurst BMW You were receptive from my phone call - you were open to me having my car toweed to your dealership, met with an advisor as soon as I arrived, and was given a loaner for 3 days unitl the service was completed. Elmhurst BMW made my 2006 X5 look brand new! Bill Wright was very helpful in getting me a loaner car and updating me on the progress of my car repair. I decided to take advantage of a Spring special on detailing while my car was there and I was so pleased with how clean and beautiful my car looked inside and out!

Great service, knowledgable salesman. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. I wasn't treated like I was not good enough or did not have enough money to be in a BMW dealer. The salesman knew I did not have much time and made sure the sale was completed as quickly as possible.
