Excellent and Straightforward Experience The salesperson did an excellent job understanding what I was looking for and saw to it that my expectations were met. The sales personnel understood the higher goal of making the deal to move cars while keeping the customer experience positive rather than trying to squeeze the customer on both the trade in offer and the new vehicle price. This longer term approach helps develop repeat customers, which is a higher level of selling.
Elmhurst BMW Buying Experience Our salesman was excellent - Nicholas Psaros. I normally hate dealing with car salesman but he is one that I fully enjoyed. We went to Audi and had the complete opposite experience - the text book definition of a car salesman.
Who says great service is dead? Joel in service is a consummate pro. His follow-up with my insurance company was awesome and he kept me informed every step of the way. He knocked it out of the park.
Very clean dealership A very convenient appointment was made on line, the inventory was described well, Eugene was very low key but knew how to make a great deal with me and tolerated my sense of humor.

Nicolas Pasaros is a1st class salesman This is our 2nd BMW purchase in 6 moths. Sadly the first one was totaled and my family walked away. I called Nicolas Psaros on Saturday and he had the same exact car for me by that afternoon.
Great Customer Service Scott Corbin kept me informed of the progress being made on repairs to my car. He explained things in a way that I could understand and consulted with my husband and me before proceeding with the work.
Great service I was treated respectfully; the work was done within the time frame; the price was less than the quoted estimate. Everything was handled exceptionally well.
