Excellent service was provided. Very happy. I liked the promptness of the Service Advisor to get me checked in for the service. He told me what exactly was going to be done and that he would call me to let me know when my car would be ready for pick up. I immediately got a loaner which was wonderful.

Knowledgable Salesman Seals The Deal! My Sales Rep was over-the-top knowledgeable. It was very easy for him to help me differentiate the models and detail the suttle differences. These details often make the sale for me. Lastly, he was not overly aggressive. At one point, instead of calling, he text me just to keep in touch. I especially liked this since I was not ready to have the uncomfortable sales conversation where it's point - counter point until the, "so are you ready to do something today on this" line. 6th Time Happy I appreciate the seamless transition into a new car that I always experience at Elmhurst BMW, and especially with Nicholas Psaros. I especially like the fact that I can sit down with him, find the car (or build it up, in this case) and hammer out the deal all in an hour. Outstanding personal service The service team certainly has the "great" customer experience in their minds all the time from the greeting as soon as you drive in to the thank you for your continued business on the way out and the follow up to be sure all is right.
