My New Mercedes Thanks to my sales rep, Eugene and his team, buying my per owned Mercedes was a pleasant event. He was honest and most importantly not pushy. He told us to take our time and take the car for a drive. He didn't even make a copy of my drivers license. Excellent Service Department Joel Albright is an outstanding example of vehicle service representative. Joel is polite, knowledgeable, sincere and genuinely interested is seeing that your vehicle is serviced and returned to you expeditiously. My 535i 's front left tire flattened as result of a pothole and I originally had the vehicle taken to a downtown dealership . What a mistake!
