I was greeted by Mark. He was great with I needed for returning my lease and pick up new car. He was patient and met my need. Financial manager was also great. I did not have to spend unnecessary amount of time to finalize my deal.

I recently purchased a used 2013 335i convertible from Rusnak, the process was incredibility smooth. A couple of days before I had a live chat session. All my questions were answered and the next day I was put in touch with Claude. He ensure he understood what type of BMWs I was interested in.
