I bought two cars and are under full service with this dealership. The Service associates know my car (and me) and keep it in top shape taking care of the issues pro-actively. Easy to schedule, always a sub vehicle available. Very satisfied; so much so two of by friends bought their cars from them. I rate Nick Hawk as an exceptional tech representative- very attentive, technically superior, proactive, available and polite!
Ferman BMW is the epitome of what a luxury automobile dealership should be. Jamie, my service advisor is always so knowledgeable and friendly. So happy Karl A is back.
Jimmy went out of his way to keep me informed of the status of my car. He also had my car delivered to me to eliminate my having to come back to dealership a second time.

Douglas Wilder was my service advisor and he, along with the entire team did an outstanding job of taking in my 530 XI, thoroughly evaluating it and providing the necessary service on the air conditioning system. Always great service from Ferman. My advisor Jimmy is always helpful and makes sure everything is taken care of. They are always honest and get the job done quickly.
Amazing employees! Douglas did everything he can for me and even waived a some costs! Great service and had great conversation with Douglas! He saw me grading papers and made sure to give me as a teacher and a customer of BMW the best service possible, Douglas did not charge me anything to change a few spark plugs and check whats going on with my a.c. fan.
It was Personable. I like the text communication used to keep me abreast of everything going on throughout the process. As always, everyone I interacted with from the time I arrived till the time I picked up my car to depart was friendly and offered to assist.
