Amazing customer service. Robert and Gary went above and beyond to give me the best deal. Making sure I was comfortable and getting the car I really wanted.
Nick is amazing, professional, and helpful! I am grateful that he is my service advisor. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. He is able to identify the problem and explain the solution in a way that I can understand. He recently did the most extraordinary thing: I was having some issues with the engine for my diesel X-5, which had been covered under an extended warranty. Gary Mack was truly a pleasure to work with from initial meeting to handing me the keys to my new X3 (which, by the way, I LOVE.). Up to this point, I give the dealership an A+....hopefully I’ll be able to give the Service Department the same....too early to tell. This dealership was top notch! Robert went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy.
