This is my third vehicle purchased at Ferman BMW and will return for my next one as well. Mary, Tomas, Karl and Jared were all extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. The overall experience was friendly, professional and in a timely manner. They each went out of their way to make my purchase a positive one. It starts in sales with Robert Chodorowski, we have been dealing with him for over 7 years, and he is simply the best sales person we have ever dealt with ever.... at any dealership... anywhere. Because I was looking for a specific vehicle, and found it online, but I am about four hours away from Tampa, and was not able to travel there quickly , but was able to secure purchase, arrange shipping, and they sent the papers federal express to a local Notary who handled everything quickly.
As soon as I arrived in the service drive and was greeted by the porter who directed me inside to the service writer who was able to assist me right away with the routine service on my 2016 Clubman. Darlene made my experience quick, easy and painless. As soon as my car was done, which felt like no time at all, I came back to pick up my car which was spotless inside and out! We felt the salesperson Robert Chodorow was very professional and has followed up with us since we picked up the car. One of the reasons we chose BMW was that we could have all of the safety features that we wanted. At Honda, they said we could ask, but they would only get what they were sent. At Toyota, the vehicle we were considering did not have these features available at all. We love the X3, it drives beautifully. There are so many features we definitely need the Encore training. We keep discovering new things.
