very bad experience made me loose faith in BMW as a brand. took the car the first time for oil change and I ended paying around $1600 for other repairs they suggested, less than a month later check engine light came on took it back and paid $600 to get it fixed they said they have to replace a battery cable .drove off the dealership and the radio not working. i'm shopping to lease a 228i. Their internet person Lyndsay acted soooo nice in emails. I submitted my credit report information. I have excellent credit, have been leasing cars for many years and never heard back from them. This after Lyndsay promised the finance manager would email or call me with a quote. No phone call. No email. No nothing. The very nice Lindsay seems to have disappeared-this after writing me 7 emails attempting to sweet talk me into leasing a BMW. All I can say is run as fast as you can away from this dealer. The service and competency of this dealer is beyond atrocious. While I did not have the best experience with my salesman over at Reeves BMW where I purchased my prior BMW, they at least have their stuff together and I was in and out in less than an hour (including test drive and visual inspection). OMG, could they have hired a worst manager that Brian? Who even thought to offer him a position, especially as a manager to the service department? This individual is technically incompetent as he did not know the answer to my questions concerning the problem with the vehicle of course he lacks customer skills. My wife and i got a 128i with 8,000 miles on it. 2 months later they are telling me i needed new tires, we had asked about tires when we got the vehical and were assured they were fine. Not the case. We were bold face lied to. Customer service from manager wasn't even apologited about it. I will happily pay for new tires however the customer service has no class or respect. I recommend purchasing from respectful people.

Many customers came back in while I was in the showroom complaining about getting ripped off on price, in just a few hours. Another customer had a problem with a sales rep trying to sell the dealerships floor mats on the side for cash. If you have shopped around at the other dealerships in Tampa you will know there is a huge difference. Reputation seems to not be a concern. Brought my BMW in for service and had the bad luck of getting stuck with this idiot. Not only did he show no concern for the problems with the vehicle, he also handed me a set of keys to a loaner which was not on the lot. This moron should be spinning signs on the side of the road.
This dealership is a joke. BMW would be mortified if they knew they were being represented by a dealership with such low standards and poor quality. Their salesman are fakes and liars and their service department is lazy and underqualified. Overall, it is a disgraceful excuse for a luxury dealership. This dilapidated cesspool of crooks should be shut down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
