The mechanic was able to determine problem with rear taillight. They did not have the parts to repair so car will have to return for that repair. Overall a good experience.

Arranged and organized very well, this facility is always clean and appealing. Whenever there, you always feel like you are the top priority no matter how many customers are there. The first dealership that I ever actually enjoyed shopping at. Kevin and Rick are amazing salesmen. Definitely recommend.

I was curious why I was paying for a repair attached to a recall and he said BMWNA would not cover extra repairs above the scope of the airbag replacement.
