Customer service was very accommodating to my needs, All of my concerns where addressed, everyone was friendly and that make me feel comfortable, all of my experiences with this dealership has been great. Adam Tayel - sales - He was very professional and straight forward at all times. He did not push me too hard to buy the 535xi that I ultimately bought from him and spent a large amount of time helping me make my decision. I was a little bit nervous coming to this dealership cause you always expect them to show you something you love then pay more then expected. But it wasnt all that bad, they was very professional about things. They understood what you came her for and pretty much work with me. They was very patient and went by the book. At the end of my purchase I felt I did a good deed by purchasing this car. I would definitely recommend bloomfeild dealership.

I have had an overall great expirience with Bloomfield Bmw. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the car. Jack was a nice friendly guy who helped us with our purchase. He deffinantly knows how to take care of his customers. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great expirience with Jack and the dealership, and I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I have wanted a BMW for as long as I can remember. Having not owned a car in 12 years it was a big decision not only to get a car but also to get the car I've wanted for so long. Alaa Ahmed and I bonded immediately. He understood my enthusiasm for BMW's and listened to my history starting with my first one. Although finding a manual shift for me would normally not be an easy task, there were 2 possibilities sitting in the lot. What a guy. I started visiting the Bloomfield dealership to have my car washed because I got tired fighting with BMW morristown to vacuum the inside of the vehicle.
