I have been to a few BMW dealers to perform services on my truck, but I have not been so impressed with the level of customer service that I received from the BMW of Bloomfield. The level of customer service that was given to me by the valet attendant, the service desk agent, the service advisor (Keith M), the technicians and the operations Director (Craig H) was exceptional! I will continue to drive from NY to NJ to receive such matchless service from this AMAZING team. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK…

This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealer and it was a very satisfying experience both times. Adam Layel's experience and professionalism made my purchase extremely easy and efficient. I was able to pick my car brand and drive out of the dealership in under six hours. Adam is extremely friendly and showed me all the details of the vehicle. I really enjoyed his service and will definitely recommend him to all of my friends who want to purchase a BMW.

Jack Gomes (sales rep), Charles Amandi (sales manager), and Ivan Romero (finance) were all excellent to work with and created quite a different experience than what you would typically expect from a car dealership. I've already sent friends here to purchase a vehicle as well, and will be returning with my parents for their automotive needs in the near future. From the first email response from Henry, to the hand off to Alaa and Wayne to the finishing touches with Jim, every step of my experience at BMW of Bloomfield was excellent. Alaa is probably one of the kindest and most accommodating client advisers I have ever dealt with. Every email and phone call was responded to in a professional and timely manner. Shahid Saleem was my sales person at BMW of Bloomfield. He was awesome to work with, showed me cars to exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable on the cars he sells, also after the sale called me to check that everything was fine and wanted to know if he could help me further on my BMW purchase.

Having Jack Gomes as my sales advisor made the process of ordering and purchasing my 2012 X3 go very smoothly. Jack was very knowledgeable about the vehicle options, etc. He was very patient with me when it came to my indecision on choosing interior and exterior colors. Jack was also very responsive to my questions during the whole period of time that I was waiting for my vehicle to be delivered. I would definitely work with him again when purchasing another vehicle at BMW of Bloomfield.

Well, Alaa Ahmed has a great personality and a perfect client orientation experience. This young man give a price that i was intending to get my 2009 Infinit FX35 for.
