I have purchased or leased MANY cars over the years. I have never had a more positive experience than the two transactions at Bloomifeld BMW with Mike Grillo. At other dealerships, you get a run-around and never feel comfortable. Dealing with Mike is always a pleasure. He gives you straight forward answers to all your questions, no matter how many, or how silly. Another BIG point is the fact that other dealers talk down to women. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WAS AWESOME! THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND CLEAR WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS. THEY DID NOT TRY AND SCAM ME OR GIVE ME AN OVERPRICED CAR. I HAVE AVERAGE CREDIT WITH A BIT OF DEBT AND THEY STILL WORKED WITH ME AND THE BANKS TO GET ME APPROVED FOR A CERTIFIED FINANCED BMW. THEY WERE GREAT!

Keith Marciniak is the best. With older BMWs, you need more patients—always hope that the repairs don't give you a passing thought of selling your pride and joy. BMW of Bloomfield understands that addiction and they're always willing to work with you. For 3 years, I used to park my car in a garage across the street from the Manhattan dealership... However, I drive all the way to Bloomfield, NJ, because of the service, price and and more importantly, the trust factor which I never found in NYC.

I really have to take some time out to rate this great dealer! Thank god for friends that had referred me to Wayne. He is trustworthy, fast, and very efficient at what he does.. Never felt like I was pressured like other dealerships! He's a very busy guy as I can see why,but he always made sure I was attended to. This dealer provides hassle free, state of the art service and has an excellent service team. It is always easy to make an appointment and get a loaner car.

Great service all around- sales, finance, car delivery. Fahmi reached out to me- even while on vacation. Great effort was made to locate my vehicle and offer great lease terms. Mr. Romero, the finance manager, was efficient and made the paperwork aspect go quickly and smoothly.Adam Tayel was patient and thorough in taking me through the new vehicle.
