I am very satisfied with the customer service bmw of bloomfield had to offer, bought two vehicles from bloomfield and i greatly appreciate the service, sales man is great i dont think i wouldve gotten a better offer else where.

My wife and I have had an easy and comfortable time dealing with this dealership and their representatives especially Michael Grillo. Mike takes the time to answer our questions regarding options available on the vehicles and financing options. We never feel rushed or forced when making a decision. My wife and I have leased 5 vehicles from this dealership and for 4 out of the 5 vehicles Mike Grillo was our sales person.

I'm in the service industry and i feel a high level of service should be the norm but it's not. My experiences at Bloomfield have been noticably outstanding most certainly because of Keith Marciniak. I'm sure he is recognized by his other clients but I felt his name certainly should be mentioned. Overall, everybody was very friendly, and helpful. Except for a minor thing or two, such as setting up the garage door opener, everything went very smoothly, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or the people I worked with.

I think what impressed me the most was the dealership level of professionalism and courteousness. Bob Miller did what he could from his end to work the deal and make it happen. Jim Palumbo made the paper side of it simple and easy. It's refreshing to have individuals treat you with respect and actually listen to what your needs are, and not just treat you like another sale. Adam is a great saleperson who is worth for customer's trust. Adam always trying to earn friendships from his customers. So, you can imagine how well he will treat his customers.
