The one notable thing about the whole experience was how pleasant and efficient the sales person I had (Alaa Ahmed) was. He took the time to get my must haves in the vehicle and proceeded to look for the car that best matched my needs. I drove out the dealership feeling good about my purchase.

This is the first visit to the new service department in Bloomfield NJ BMW. My experience was effortless and better yet - painless! From The time I had spoken to a service technician (Jim Crowe) over the phone (in a panick) to scheduling an appointment - (the next day) -to my arrival, where I was greeted by friendly service staff;I recieved PROMPT service from the Service Manager (Tom Pavone) who also informed me of all prices/options and services to be perfomed. I have given him this review because every time i go to get my car serviced i always have great costumer service with. Im always satisfied with his job n the time he puts into getting my car done n to reach my satisfaction. His a great employee n knows how to treat n deal with clients. From the start, the sales dept was very friendly and receptive to my needs. Adam Tayel found a certified auto which fit my needs and priced it appropriately. The auto was explained to me thoroughly. i was not rushed through the process. Any issues I have had have been addressed immediately, making me the customer feel like I am a priority to them. Excellent experience. This is my 2nd car at Bloomfield BMW and will return again.

I had great experience with Wayne Trieu. Wayne Trieu is a great person who is providing his customer with honest and considerate help. Base on my personal experience, I will definitely recommend him and this dealership to my friends and I will come back and do more business with him. I was tricked by small car dealer and bought a car that actually doesn't fit me. I planed to trade in it and buy a new car.But, I met big troubles while I traded in my car. My experience At BMW of Bloomfield was outstanding. Henry Intriago responded to my internet inquiry after 2 minutes and within 5 minutes the car fax came to my E-mail. I was negotiating for BMW X3 .I got the best price you can not get from any other dealer.Henry was very friendly and honest. Dealing with Jim Palumbo was a pleasure explained thoroughly the whole process and options and found the best rate for me.
