It was a gorgeous day to buy a car, and Adam Tayel was a the man to deal with. We told him what we were looking for and Adam pulled up a few cars from the inventory so we had options, not just one car.. I saw a vehicle on the website that was interested in at their location. I called the dealership they said the vehicle was still available. I am a very busy man. I came to the location Don quickly spoke with me then put me in his car drove me to evaluate the vehicle. He took my information push to get me quickly approved. When I came to pick the truck, James Palumbo explained everything to me. I loved the efficiency in which they went about their business.

My experience at BMW of Bloomfield was outstanding. Bob Miller was a total no-pressure sales guy that made me at ease as I was negotiating for tyhe X5 I bought. James Palumbo did an outstanding job getting me in the car in no time and i drove off the lot with my new car 90 minutes after walking in the door. I would HIGHLY recommend the Bloomfield BMW team to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free experience buying a car.

Keith is great at listening, skilled in his knowledge of BMW's and available whenever I email or call. Owning two BMW's makes it's great to have a serviceman I can depend on.

I had been searching for a used low mileage Z-4si for some time and found one that met my specifications at BMW of Bloomfield, NJ. Coming from Pennsylvania, I had to drive 186 miles (one way) to the dealership - needless to say I did not want a run-around or to waste my time or that of the sales staff. The first time I came to BMW of Bloomfield I I met with Mike Grillo and we were actually able to make a deal in about 40 mins or less!! The day before I was at another BMW dealer for 3 and a half hours just to be jerked around. I couldn't have asked for a better sales agent than Mike so when I was ready to trade up I went right back to him. I came to this dealership after being very frustrated with Park Ave BMW. When I arrived to this dealership, I was paired up with Alaa Ahmed, who turned out to be one of the best advisors I had ever worked with. He is a very knowledgeable advisor and knows alot of history about BMW and even other makes of cars. I felt he is a real car person, and this was further discovered the more I got to know him. The overall experience at Bloomfield is outstanding. I've purchased many cars and I compliment the team at Bloomfield for their overall customer approach. The team has exceptional knowledge of the products, flexibility with financing and trades, plus they instill a confidence the client has made the right choice.
