Craig and Rich are great to deal with and are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Craig always makes sure to fit me in for a service appointment when needed. Craig also helped me with my new car purchase and gave me a great deal on my car, it was worth the drive from New York. Rich is a very good service adviser. In the past 4 years I have been to 3 New Jersey BMW dealerships. I thought that's it service at all of them are terrible and I will never purchase another BMW again I couldn't wait to trade in my BMW and get another car.....until I walked into BMW of Bloomfield. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Pavone. I brought my car in because my X5 was making a terrible noise and another BMW dealership told me I needed to replace the lower control arms for about $800. I would highly recommend the dealership because of their incredible customer service. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Their knowledge of their product is second to none. Also I find Bloomfield BMW to honest and fair with regards to the work being done.

I had not been to a dealer to purchase a vehicle in over 10 years Andrew was very personable and cognizant of my time contraints and did not attempt to get me to purchase another vehicle. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend BMW of Bloomfield.

Buying a new car is always a traumatic experience, but the "gang" at BMW of Bloomfield created a smooth, pleasant experience. We never expected to leave with a new car, but all the paperwork was handled efficiently. We live in Florida, but that fact did not pose a problem for the dealer. They called our insurance company and transferred our policy to the new car. They called Florida to get the transfer fees. Thomas Pavone at Bloomfield BMW gave provided outstanding customer service. He was informative, understanding,informative and sincere. In the past I have dealth with others who lacked his customer service qualities which made working with him a delight and felt like a breath of fresh air.

i had few problem with my bmw m6 had very bad experience with life quality bmw i had called bmw of north america who recommended me to bloom field i had towed my car there a few times had very good experience and will def recommend them to all my friends and peoples i know

My car is 335i 2009. Chris who is in charge of the service dept is a good person to hear the anxious issues with my car to eliminate the concerns. My car's condition is now nice after getting back the car from BMW Bloomfield. Thanks,
