It is a true plesure working with Bloomfield BMW especially Craig!!!! I often had electrical problems with my car, but all the issues very solved in timely fashion. The staff was always polite, friendly and very punctual. Even though NYC dealership was closer, i still prefer Bloomfied and would highly recommend it to others as well because of the people that work there!

My visit to Bloomfield BMW was wonderful. The service manager Jim Crowe geeted me and remembered my name and why I was there. He led me to the service rep who would be helping me, Jin, who was a pleasure to work with. They gave me a price quote that was cheaper than expected and then called me for approval when it appeared additional work was needed. The car was ready before the agreed time and it has never run better. I recoommend Bloomfield BMW to all my friends.

The service was great. They promised same day and I got a nice loaner car for the day. The process was the easiest I ever had. I certainly recommend bloom field and will let my friends with bmws know about it.

Jim Crowe is the most professional person I've dealt with at any dealership. Anytime I've had any issue with my 335xi I was told to bring it in immediately without any appt. My car was always fixed right the first time and never had to go back for the same repair. Jim is an amazing asset to this store and I hope that they appreciate him as much as I do! Jeff L.
