Tom Pavone is very passionate in his work. He made sure he followed through in making sure the problem was fixed. He also made sure that if the problem could not get resolved in a timely manner he would let Jim Crowe know. I believe this team you have in the service department is very passionate and always upbeat. The customer service is excellent. You may have a frown when you come in but by the time you leave with a smile.

BMW of Bloomfield is a great dealership. The service team is excellent. I have gotten my 2 BMW's serviced there many times with complete satisfaction. Craig is a great service adviser and i wouldn't go to any other dealership.

THE SERVICE IS THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY,THEY GIVE YOU PROMPT EXPERT SERVICE,ALWAYS HAVE A LOANER CAR READY,THEY DO THE JOB ONCE AND FIX IT RIGHT,FIRST GLASS,HIGHEST RATE POSSIBLE,AS LONG AS THESE PEOPLE STAY WITH BMW,AND HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE A LONG TIME,MY FAMILY WILL ALWAYS HAVE A BMW IN THE GARAGE! also they don't keep you waiting for weeks to get service,which happens a lot at other dealers,and craig hacker.."heads up" the best service mgr at any dealership period!

Jim Crowe's customer service skills are bar none. He is a true testament to quality and customer care. He goes above and beyond the call of duty in meeting the needs and accommodating the demands of customer's busy schedules...I recommend Jim unquestionably. In fact, I go out of my way to travel the extra 20 min to bring my car to Bloomfield because of Jim when the closer BMW dealership is within minutes of my home.

I cannot express enough how great this BMW garage is. I have had my car serviced here everytime except once, I took it to another garage and their service was awful. Keith is an outstanding professional and goes above and beyond to make the overall experience second to none. This is the best BMW garage.

I have been coming to BMW of Bloomfield for the last 6 years to service my vehicles. Craig Hacker (Director of Service & Parts Department) has always provided me with professional and courtious service. I drive over 40 miles from Brooklyn NY to Bloomfield NJ just to bring my car (2011 X5 and 2011 750Li) to this dealership simply because NO OTHER BMW Dealership has provided such outstanding service. The Service Department over at Bloomfield BMW is the best. They always cater to the customers needs and get things done in a quick and timely manner. Whenever I have an issue with my vehicle or just need to have the car serviced I call up Craig and he has a loaner car sent to me and my car picked up. It makes everything hassle free and doesn't take any time out of my day.
