I have been working with this dealer for several years and trully is a great place to negotiate car deals. The gentlemens Wayne,Eric and jose from parts are extremely excellent sale represantative. People alway say negative things about dealers but unfortunetly it not what i can say about this place and guys. Thank you Wayne and Erik for your phenominal work and for making this deal go thru like butter and jose thank you for your professionalism and experince in the part dept. My hats go out to you guys. Everytime I go to get my car serviced Jim treats me with the upmost respect and allows Keith to help me out. They both take their time In helping me out and taking proper care of my car. When Joe works on my car he returns it as if I just purchased it. Very nice staff and very Insightful. I would always take my car and my families to get serviced at Bloomfield BMW. I highly recommend it.

Overall experience was great. All 3 gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgable. The process was smooth. My only issue was that of the Drive for USA promotion. I felt like the "$1000 discount" got lost in the process of negotiating. Prices were being thrown around and no where did the discount appear on the dealer screen.
