Alaaa Ahmed is the man!!!!! He is truly a good salesman that really trys hard to get you want you want at the best price for you with your credit score!!! He just doesnt give up until your satisfied! =) As for James Palumbo he is a good finance manager =) he has good humor and tells it how it is! enough said! Great Dealership i've ever been too! =)

BMW of Bloomfield has been very reliable and easy for me to deal with. My service advisor, Keith Marciniak, is a great BMW rep who is available and willing to meet specific needs of the clients, ie... loaners, pickup times, getting work done and calling back asap. Highly recommend.

Alaa Ahmed was an excellent sales person and will recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. He was extremely helpful, very responsive and went the extra mile to find me the BMW X3 3.5 I wanted. Also very much appreciated his patience, knowledge, "no pressure" sales approach and work to expedite the whole process. I'll also mention the rest of the team at BMW of Bloomfield made the experience enjoyable and hassle free. There's an extremely friendly and warm environment at the dealership as well.

Thomas has been helping me with a X5 that I purchased in Nov or '10 from another dealer. It was a certified preowned and has been riddled with issues since the time of purchase. Even-though the issues are reoccurring BMW of Bloomfield has been great to us. They have acted as a lobbying party to corporate and have given us an open door policy trying to help solve this issue. I utilize this dealer for service appointments mostly because it is close. Many times I get Chris Vendor as my service rep. I must say that professionalism is a high priority for him. BMW of Bloomfield made an excellent choice when they selected him as an employee. I have always been treated well and he has great communications. I have never seen this guy in a bad mood and I have owned several BMW's.Great Job Chris! Please keep up the good work.

I called into the dealership one day looking for a pre owned car. Best experience I've ever had at any car dealership from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Everyone at BMW of Bloomfield had been so accomodating, friendly, knowledgable of exactly what I wanted. I went with my dad and he even was impressed with BMW of Bloomfield.
