Returning now at 3. 5 years for the standard time for an oil change. No issues. Also was lucky this time and had a free loaner car. My only complaint is that the oil change and filter as well as Air Conditioning filters are very expensive.

I always get great service at BMW Tucson. Just had my first regular maintenance on my i3 and Tyson Kessler took great car of me.
When I purchased the car, it needed a new badge on back of it. 6 months later for an oil change and sales and service took care of it, no problem. Easy to schedule, set the expectation for both time and cost.
The explanation of services agreed upon was clear and thorough. Tyson explained the step by step process of the service. The waiting room was clean and orderly. I really appreciated the service department's video explaining the condition of the car as they received it. My first time here but I will be back!

Service is expected and received at BMW. What make BMW Tucson different are the excellent people in service. Jessica is always helpful, cares about my car and experience, but more important is that she cares about me as a person.
