Helpful Service We live on the Outer Banks and needed to have the initial service on our X3 prior to making an unexpected trip out-of-town due to the death of a friend. Great service My service rep Joseph Hawthorne calls me daily to give me update about my vehicle that was there for a few days for repairs. In and out service. No wait which was awesome and we also about discuss extended warrantee options I have for renewal. Outstanding customer service.
