I LOVE my Mini and the Service Dept! Ken was so very helpful and courteous in every way. I love the shuttle service and then the loaner car when repairs were more extensive.

Helpful and Fast Service rep was friendly and helped me handle a flat tire as quickly as possible. Coordination for road hazard claim failed, however, and cost me the price of the new tire (road hazard carrier denied my claim because of a lack of prior coordination).
