Review of Service Appointment PROS: Liked the periodic emails to remind of appointment, list of recommended future repairs and complementary wash. The waiting area was nice and roomy and had snacks available and coffee. Service person Joe was very courteous and helpful in explaining service options. CONS: Had to wait one month to get repair appointment, repair took longer than promised, didn't get a reminder sticker on my windshield for next oil change, no coffee cups in waiting area, rude woman talked on her cell phone for ... read more

Clear, courteous, prompt and pleasant Tim was my service rep, I used to have Jason and was bummed he left but Tim was awesome and I feel much better about my BMW service needs.
