Clean, Modern facility great service Easy check-in and check-out, clean loaner car, good communication with service advisor, Mike Lawson. My car was returned cleaner than when it went in and most to the equipment under cargo bed was repacked nicely (needed to disconnect the battery which caused unpacking of storage bin).

Great Walk-in Experience Service Department took me as a walk-in for state inspection and also fit in a needed oil service and air filter change, all in one day. The shuttle service was extremely beneficial, allowing me to still work even though I did not have my car. Found out when I went to pay that they had reset my indicators free-of-charge. Oil change, state inspection, great customer serv Joseph takes care of his customers. Expains what's going with vehicle, the time, the cost. Also took the time to look up cost for repair on my other BMW z4.

Checkered Flag never lets me down! Even though I was unable to book an appointment for my state inspection you were able to get my car in and out on the same day. I was thinking I might be without my Mini for several days, but Daniel made me feel comfortable with the process. I left my car about 8, then given a courtesy ride home. Thanks Richard! Daniel called early that afternoon to say I could pick up my car! Inspection and routine maintenance completed and even washed and vacuumed! I felt like a winner!!
