What I've Come to Expect The client reception area is great. Driving into the bay, walking right to the check-in/check-out, never having to be out in the rain or heat or trying to find parking -- I appreciate this. The new overhead LED monitor in the bay that shows upcoming appointments, and the thing where Big Brother recognizes that it's YOU that just pulled in....kind of creepy, but welcoming at the same time.
