Nice time while airbags were replaced All of the service people were polite and friendly. The waiting area is extremely comfortable. Free coffee, newspaper, apples, along with TV and magazines made the waiting time fly by.

Service Pleasant and helpful staff. Disappointing that the waiting area has eliminated the snacks. Facilities are nice. Not pleased that the BMW computer software was not reliable and the design requires a service visit to change a parking light. Having the car cleaned before it was returned was most appreciated.

Excellent service It was not a pressured experience. Sales person was helpful and courteous. Final preparations were fast and easy and car was detailed with a full tank of gas.
