Great Service It was a pleasure working with Mr. Lilly. When I arrived for my appointment Mr. Lilly had my paperwork ready, which got me through the process with ease and speed. Mr Lilly addressed my questions and itemized my bill so that I was well informed when I left the Service Department. Also, he was able to take care of a "last minute" recall issue so that I did not need to schedule a second appointment, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Terry G.
