Superior Service I always feel welcomed when I drop off my car. My service rep, Joe Hawthorne has a smile and a friendly handshake to greet me...and that is always a good way to start a service call. The service details are explained to me and I know I will be consulted immediately if there are any "surprises". So far, no need for that to happen.

Years of great customer service. I relish the ability to get a nice loaner while you work on my vehicle. Best service I've received from a mechanic shop The service tech was named Jason and he is a treasure. He was honest, fair and very personalable. He made my experience very pleasant. He "was not" overbearing or intimidating as I've experienced with other shops.
