BMW service the quality of the work was good The loaner provided made the repair convenient. staff were professional and friendly. do not appreciate having to provide 20 word (minimum) on comments

Dealer fixes Other things were addressed while car was there all covered under warranty this is important as I live over 30 miles away from the dealership

Polite responsive staff The staff was very polite and responsive. I dropped my car off and was not able to get back to pick it up for a few days. The staff made sure it was clean and ready when I called.

Best used dealership ive ever dealt with.... Dennis grant was superb in helping me get my car he was absolutely respectful and courteous and made my experience a very pleasant one.. i would deffinately reccomend him as eell as the dealership to friends thst are looking.
