Absolutely professional I went in to purchase an X6 . I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted for my trade. There was no pressure to sell me something I did not want. After some brief negotiations on the price of my trade I got what I wanted.

Very professional staff Always good service. The loaner program is a great option for the customer. Clean facility. Agents explain all work and then gives recommendations for future repairs.

Great Service Experience My service advisor Joseph Hawthorne was very professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated as to the status of the services being performed on my vehicle and even made special arrangements with me to collect my vehicle at a time most convenient to my schedule & availability. He is a top notch advisor!

Great service, clean facilities We came in without an appointment because of a dead battery and were worked into the schedule. Otherwise I would have had to have the car towed in.

Great service Ashley Hunt is a joy to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide quality care and service. She was recommended to me by another customer after I spoke with him about a bad experience with another service advisor; that advisor has now moved on. She is the reason I came back to Checkered Flag and she will be the reason I stay. I've recommended her to others myself. I would rate her 12 out of 10 if a scale allowed.
