I would highly recommend BMW of Watertown, my salesman Charles Park was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars I test drove and untimely purchased. The finance manager, Charles Tuscano explained all the finance details and service plans available that would best suit my needs.
I came in with a flat and the service team was able to fix the flat and did maintenance work on my car as well, which was greatly appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is to have loaner cars readily available for emergent situations. As a customer it was difficult to coordinate who was going to pick me up and bring me back to the service center to pick up my car. Overall, great service provided by Howard and the service team.
The whole process of getting my car picked up at my office(leaving me with a loaner),having it serviced and dropped off before the end of the day was all handled in a very smooth and timely manner just as promised
My salesman was very helpful and conscientious. He bent over backwards to make the process of purchase and delivery very easy. The price seemed very fair as compared with others dealerships
